Bluff View Bar and Grille

In Wabasha, we are so lucky to have new owners, Greg and June, who have made a super place to dine and enjoy one of the prettiest views in the area. We especially enjoyed our lunch today as Greg took a moment out of his busy time to let us know where my salmon was from, South America, and how he loved to prepare food for friends and anyone who appreciates the time and effort, I’d say the artistry, in serving a great dish of food. For me, this was one for the books, because, although it was a simple salad with salmon on top, the ingredients were very fresh, very colorful,
and full of flavor. A lovely balsamic vinegar dressing was my good choice and one that I enjoyed so much, I ate the entire cupful, which is something I rarely do.

Greg was proud of his cooking and of Chef Jeremy’s sparkling clean kitchen. Greg said, I don’t have to tell him what to do, he just keeps it that way on his own to the point where the county inspector commented that their kitchen was one of the best he’s seen.

My husband loves the beef dishes and orders them all the time. He’s the fussy one between us two and if he doesn’t like something, we don’t go back. We’ve enjoyed the Bluff a few dozen times in the last year, and highly recommend it to everyone now that Jeremy is here.
